The Coal Run Police Department has been the recent recipient of federal and state grants over the last several years - allowing for improved security equipment and personnel. Our officers provide outstanding protection and service for the residents of Coal Run and Pike County.

Fire Department


The Coal Run Village Volunteer Fire Department was established in 1978 with Chief Picklesimer as its first Chief and one 1957 fire engine. Today, the fire department is one of the best equipped fire departments in Pike County.
